Seniors
Vintage Housing’s apartments for seniors provide their respective city and surrounding areas with quality affordable retirement housing for independent seniors ages 55 and older.  Additionally, a specified number of units in various locations are made available for seniors with disabilities.   All of the Vintage properties for seniors offer a wide variety of amenities.  details

Families
Our planned affordable housing developments for families offer one, two, three and four bedroom apartments with a variety of amenities.  Our family housing serves lower income families and disabled residents, and we strive to offer services at each property that will enrich the lifestyles of our diverse resident populations.  Special outreach to low income families is coordinated through our on-site managers who work with a variety of community agencies to provide information regardng affordable housing opportunities and services.
