Each household member must be 55 years of age or older.
(Exception:  If a household member is requiring a live-in caregiver, the live-in caregiver maybe under the age of 55.

Maximum Income:  Reflects 60% of current area median income for Los Angeles County as published by HUD
(U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development).

Two Bedrooms:  $1806 minimum income

Rental History
No less than three years of positive rental history provided by current landlord.
No legal evictions in the past 3 years or any current pending negative landlord rental issues. 
(Unlawful Detainer History and Social Security Skip Trace are performed by InQuest Services via credit bureau). 

Background History
Applicant(s) must not have an Unlawful Detainer history within the last 5 years. 
This screening criterion requires a non-refundable $30 application fee per applicant.

Bouquet Canyon is convenient to shopping, banking, entertainment, freeways, medical facilities, senior affiliated services and much more.  Daily bus transportation (Monday-Friday) is provided by The Santa Clarita Valley Committee on Aging to our residents free of charge.
