Falls Creek Apartments participates in a program designed to maintain affordable rental apartment homes for income qualified residents. We offer 42 one-bedroom, 84 two-bedroom and 42 three-bedroom affordable apartment homes. Every unit has it’s own full size washer and dryer for your convenience. They are also furnished with an air conditioner, frost free freezer, dishwasher, stove, private patio and outside storage. Each room has phone hookups and is cable ready. The two and three bedroom units offer two full bathrooms.
