There are 113 apartments at Heritage Place Apartments that are available only to applicants whose household income is equal to or less than 60% of the area median income. To qualify to rent an apartment every member must be age 62 or older and the annual household income may not exceed the following amounts:

Heritage Place offers a variety of amenities including a professionally decorated community, controlled access entry system, beautiful courtyards, social activity room with a kitchen and fireplace for entertaining, a billiard room, library, sewing room, beauty salon and exercise facility.
Various activities are scheduled each month for those residents that choose to participate including potluck dinners, birthday celebrations, bingo, trips to various locations and other activities proposed by the management.
The surrounding area provides a Shopping Mall, Restaurants, Banking, Parks, and a Senior Center. The City of St. Ann also provides transportation twice a week for shopping at Shop and Save and Wal-mart.
