Vintage at Napa participates in a program designed to maintain affordable rental apartment homes for age and income qualified senior residents.

The single building, three-story Vintage at Napa senior community is located on a bus route for convenient access to shopping, banking, medical facilities, and recreation. The building is access-controlled, and is serviced by an elevator. There are 109 one-bedroom and 6 two-bedroom apartments. Several apartments are handicap accessible and contain modifications. The community offers on-site management, three laundry facilities, beauty salon, billiards room, crafts room, storage rooms for rent, and a comfortable community room for residents to gather and enjoy each others company.

Every member of the household must be age 55 or older. Rental qualifications also include household monthly income to be at least two times the monthly rent and have a minimum of 3 years of verifiable rental/mortgage history.

Vintage at Napa Senior Community offers an array of amenities including a professionally decorated community/recreation room that boasts a big screen television,   an assortment of games, books, and puzzles. Fresh coffee is always available during business hours. The community/recreation room can also be reserved by residents for private family celebrations.

Various activities for those residents who choose to participate include potluck gatherings, birthday celebrations, trips to various locations, bingo, painting classes, low impact exercise class, billiards and sewing activities.
