     One-Person Household: $25,980
     Two-Person Household: $29,700

There are 45 apartments of the total 150 apartments in Vintage at Richland Apartments that are available only to applicants whose household income is equal to or less than 50% of the area median income. To qualify to rent those apartments, the annual household income may not exceed the following amounts:
     One-Person Household: $21,650
     Two-Person Household: $24,750
